REFORM HIIT
A high intensity class for those wanting to sweat and get their heart rate pumping. Ready to challenge yourself and push your limits? Our Reformer HIIT class is here to turn up the heat! This high-intensity workout combines the core-strengthening power of Pilates with the heart-pumping adrenaline of HIIT, using equipment like jump boards to elevate your experience.
REFORM BODY

Intermediate

REFORM BODY
A class prescribed to your energy levels, work with your body and learn to reform. Unleash your reformer potential with our signature class! Tailored to your energy level, this class guides you to connect with your body, sculpt muscles, and discover the joy of movement. A minimum of 6 Reform Body classes is recommended to see results and build up your confidence and skills on the carriage before progressing to a HIIT class.
REFORM FOUNDATION

Beginner

REFORM FOUNDATION
Our intro class, perfect for beginners or those needing a steady pace. Dive into the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates with this beginner-friendly class. Learn at your own pace in a supportive environment with our qualified instructors as you master the base techniques for safe and effective workouts. Reform Prenatal

Suitable for 14+ weeks

The best Pilates class for mums-to-be!

This class will focus on pelvic floor, core control, upper body strength, posture and alignment. Working with the changes that occur within the body during pregnancy. An opportunity to meet other soon to be mums. 

*You can buy 6 classes with an expiry of 8 weeks or a drop-in class to see if its suitable for you.

Reform Postnatal

Suitable for 6-8 weeks post*

The perfect Pilates class for new mums.

Pilates helps speed up postpartum recovery and can assist in bringing awareness back to your pelvic floor and core muscles.

*You can join our classes when you are 6 weeks postpartum from a natural delivery and 8 weeks post c-section (both require medical clearance from your GP). 

*Buy 6 classes with an expiry of 8 weeks or a drop-in class to see if its suitable for you.

SUPER CORE
Be prepared to work your core to the max! Super Core is an advanced class designed and developed to work your core harder than ever. Be prepared to feel your abdominal muscles for the next few days!
PROGRESSIVE FOUNDATION

Beginner

PROGRESSIVE FOUNDATION
A class that can be followed up after our Reformer Foundation class. Progressive Foundation progresses from our Reform Foundation Class! In this class you will continue to build your strength, form and confidence on the carriage. We will begin to layer on difficulty and learn new skills at a pace that suits you, all at a slightly slower pace than our Reform Body classes.
GENTLE REFORMER

Beginner

GENTLE REFORMER
Low intensity class with a focus on core strength and control. Over 60's Class. Gentle Reformer is a class for those who want a slower pace, to find a deep connection with breath and body. Those who may suffer with some aches & pains and find our Signature Body class a little too strong, or for our members who feel uncomfortable sharing any niggles. This is a safe space. A class where we welcome adaptations and modifications. You will work hard at your own pace.
REFORM X FLEXIBILITY

Intermediate

REFORM X FLEXIBILITY
A class that focuses on flexibility and mobility, improving fluid movement. A series of dynamic stretching and mobility focused flows to help you improve overall flexibility and improve your body alignment. You can expect to bend, extend and rotate as we work on mobility in all planes of movement. Give your body that extra love it deserves through elongated stretches that focus on lengthening muscles, release those commonly tight areas of your body and improve your technique.
REFORM X BARRE

Intermediate / Advanced

REFORM X BARRE
Invigorate your mind and body with our Barre meets Reformer Pilates class. A powerful and playful Reformer session mixed with elements of Barre that make you sweat and keeps you present. A mixture of Pilates and Barre for a fun, full body workout, keeping it low impact to some funky beats. Leave feeling empowered and invigorating.
WOMENS ONLY REFORM BODY

Intermediate

WOMENS ONLY REFORM BODY
A class just for the ladies, to work with your body and learn to reform. This session is specifically for women to allow privacy and tailored exercises to the female physique. Tailored to your energy level, this class guides you to connect with your body, sculpt muscles, and discover the joy of movement. A minimum of 6 Reform Body classes is recommended to see results and build up your confidence and skills on the carriage before progressing to a HIIT class.
REFORM AND RESTORE

All Levels

REFORM AND RESTORE
The best Pilates class for releasing your stress and body's tension. 30 minutes of deep stretches to lengthen the body and release any tension and stresses you may be holding onto within the muscles. Followed by 15-minutes of breath-work and mindfulness to calm the mind, body and soul. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, reset and ready for the week.
