These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Reformer Studio Ltd's website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.

You may only use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Website.

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any unauthorised access to the Website or any related systems or networks.

The content on the Website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is owned by The Reformer Studio Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works of any content on the Website without our prior written permission.

 

3. User Accounts:

You may create an account on the Website to access certain features and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

 

4. Memberships, passes and offers:

Memberships:

All memberships are rolling monthly direct debits, once set up you will get billed monthly. Memberships are a minimum term of 3 months.

Any changes made to a membership will incur an admin fee of £18 per change. To freeze or cancel your membership you must contact us on info@reformerstudio.co.uk . You must email info@reformerstudio.co.uk  a week before your renewal date to allow us time to process the request. Please include your full name, email address associated with your account and your reason for cancelling.

 

Class passes:

Our standard class passes are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

 

Our offers:

Intro offer - 2 for £18. This is valid on standard passes and is only redeemable by new clients to The Reformer Studio and may only be redeemed once per person.

20% offer - for NHS, Students and over 60’s. To redeem an applicable ID card must be emailed to info@reformerstudio.co.uk  , please allow up to 48 hours for the team to apply this discount to your account. Once applied you can redeem the 20% off on the 4 or 8 class passes, or the maxi membership ONLY.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THEREON ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The Reformer Studio LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Reformer Studio LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

 

6. Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL The Reformer Studio LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF The Reformer Studio LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
